Given the right conditions, you can flourish and grow. I aim to provide those conditions and deliver the space for you to be heard. During our sessions, I promise to listen carefully without imposing any judgment or values and help you understand and make sense of your issues. Then working collaboratively, we can explore the strategies to help you navigate your problems, and help you move forward with your life.
About me and my practice
I view counseling as a highly personal and confidential form of support, and, in my role as your counselor, I would provide you with the space to express your concerns and explore alternative coping strategies. With my support, you can determine the most suitable approach to resolving your difficulties. The primary goal of our sessions is to offer you an opportunity to enhance the quality of your life by addressing your issues organically as they surface during our interactions.
I hold the belief that meaningful change occurs when clients and counselors collaborate as a team. In my perspective, counseling is a creative and collaborative journey that fosters personal growth and enhancement.
Utilizing a creative integrative approach, I craft a unique framework tailored to your needs, drawing from cognitive, psychodynamic, and humanistic modalities.
Experience
I have significant experience in online counseling and completed a research project on the benefits of working online as a counselor.

Sexuality / sexual identity
I am committed to working on any of these issues at a pace that aligns with your comfort and needs.
Qualifications
I am a fully qualified MBACP professional integrative counselor. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and work within their guidance and ethical framework.
I trained at City Lit College in central London.
I have a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling: Integrative Pathway.
During my training I dedicated two years as a volunteer with Hackney Headstrong, collaborating with a diverse clientele that included individuals of all ages, races, and sexual orientations.
My professional journey in counseling is now focused on working with adults online and face-to-face, within my private practice. My experience encompasses a culturally diverse client base, addressing a wide range of issues listed above.
Additional Information
Throughout different phases of my life, I faced numerous challenges and extremes that (on occasion) brought me psychological/emotional pain and upheaval.
Before pursuing a career in counseling, I enjoyed a successful journey in the creative arts. However, I faced a challenging period when my artistic endeavors lost relevance, leading to a sense of depression. Some might label this phase as a midlife crisis. Nonetheless, these encounters ultimately guided me toward one of the most rewarding decisions I've made embarking on becoming a counselor.
As a result of training, I recognized the potential for transforming this experience into a midlife reset. As we age, our lives and values may undergo significant confusing shifts. I possess the expertise to assist individuals in resetting their life trajectories, guiding them toward a more positive direction.
